The Women's Wellness Retreat, hosted by WovenGrace Wellness, was designed for women, by women. WovenGrace's team aimed to effectively market their 2023 wellness event, with a strategic focus on reaching busy, working women seeking holistic well-being. Additionally, they sought to secure investors, sponsors, and brand/influencer collaborations through well-executed PR strategies. A key component of my role was to meticulously organize and streamline various assets, making them easily accessable for the entire WovenGrace team.

The key project goals for the Women's Wellness Retreat included: identifying their target market, crafting a robust digital strategy that focused chiefly on brand awareness and tangentially on ticket sales, creating clear campaign guidelines to ensure consistency and organization team-wide, strategically managing public relations to boost their positive public image and overall reach, and developing a comprehensive editorial calendar to establish a strong online presence and direction.

Target Market Segmentation: Precisely identify and define the target market, focusing on busy, working women in Cary, North Carolina, seeking comprehensive well-being.

Digital Strategy Formulation: Craft a robust digital strategy tailored to engage the identified target market effectively, utilizing various online platforms and channels.
